Pricing
$0 on prepaid cars. $1.95 flat on cash.
No monthly fee, no setup fee, no per-event fee. Organizers keep 100% of their entry price — a small service fee at online checkout and a flat gate fee on cash cars are how Showfield keeps the lights on.
For organizers
Free to set up. $0 on every prepaid car.
Create events, take registrations, run judging, print dash cards, open people's choice voting, publish results — no monthly, setup, or per-event fee, for every show, at any size. Set your entry fee at $25 and every car that pays online puts $25 in your account — Showfield never takes a cut of your price. The only thing you ever pay is a flat $1.95 per cash car at the gate.
For entrants
A small service fee at online checkout
When an entrant pays online, a service fee of $2.78 plus 4.2% of the entry fee is added on top — itemized and shown up front before they pay, never buried in the total. Card processing costs come out of our fee, not the organizer's money.
Example: $25 entry, paid online
The part nobody else does
Cash at the gate: $1.95 flat. No percentage.
Other platforms charge a per-registration fee on every single car — even the ones that hand over cash at the gate — and stack card fees on top. On Showfield, prepaid cars cost you $0, and cash walk-ups are a flat $1.95 each — no percentage, and nothing added for the entrant. They still register on their phones, land on your roster and leaderboard, get dash cards and QR voting, and run through judging like every other car.
Gate fees are settled automatically from your Stripe payouts after the show — nothing to remember. If you haven't connected Stripe, we send a simple invoice instead.
Free-entry shows work the same way: with no card payment to carry a service fee, each registered car is a flat $1.95.
Example: $25 entry, cash at the gate
Payouts
Paid out by Stripe after your show
Online payments are processed by Stripe and collect in your own Stripe account as cars register. Two days after your show wraps, Showfield releases the balance to your bank automatically — Stripe's standard transfer time applies from there. Connecting your bank takes about five minutes, and if you skip it, entrants simply pay cash at the gate instead.
