Privacy Policy

When you enter a show: your name, email address, and your vehicle's details (year, make, model, and the like), plus an optional photo of your car.

When you run shows: your organizer account email, your event details, and — through Stripe — the information Stripe needs to pay you.

When you vote: people's choice voting uses a device identifier to prevent duplicate votes. That's the whole trick — no account, no name, no email required to vote.

Car shows are public events, and part of the fun is showing off the cars. Your car's details and photo appear on its dash card, on the public voting page, and on results pages if the organizer publishes them. Your name may appear on rosters and results as entered. Your email address is never shown publicly.

Payment details go directly to Stripe, our payment processor. Showfield never sees or stores your card number. Stripe's own privacy policy governs what they collect to process the payment.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not run advertising trackers. We don't collect anything a car show doesn't need.

Showfield runs on a small set of service providers, and your data passes through them only to do their jobs:

• Stripe — payment processing and organizer payouts
• Supabase — database and authentication
• Netlify — hosting
• Resend — transactional email, like registration confirmations

Beyond these, we share personal data only if the law requires it.

Want your information removed? Email support@showfield.app from the address you registered with and we'll take care of it. Note that payment records may be retained where Stripe or the law requires.
